Returns and Exchanges
Returning by mail
- Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail or UPS Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
- Warranty- Return the unit to CII with original or copy of the packing slip, after inspection at CII, a new one will be sent out, if required.
- Return- Return the unit to CII, once returned and it is inspected for any damage, credit can be given
